Q. Chief Marshal Azzone, should we believe that applying geoengineering truly represents the ideal solution to Earth's problems? 

A. First and foremost, it’s important to understand NOT to solely write and read "Geoengineering." Keep in mind that constructing a tunnel is already a geoengineering project. In this context, it’s more appropriate to talk about "Atmospheric Geoengineering," which is composed of three branches. To "solve Earth's problems," "Climate Geoengineering" or "Climate Engineering" is employed, excluding the other two branches, which are not useful for this purpose. Is it the ideal solution? NO, certainly not, and every effort must be made to avoid reaching that point. Climate Engineering is the ultimate solution if humankind (and its leaders) persist in prioritizing money, power, and individual or group interests. Even as a last resort, this panacea could prove to be more painful than the cure it proposes. Using Climate Engineering reflects a lack of human intellect rather than science. The current environmental issues on Earth can only be resolved by loving this home that shelters us instead of exploiting it to the "marrow," only to cry crocodile tears and suffer the consequences later. 

Q. Are we truly facing rapidly advancing global warming? 

A. Global warming (not to be confused with the natural and beneficial phenomenon essential for all life on the planet) is a real and well-documented fact. It has been studied, analyzed, and confirmed through more than 600 years of scientific research, highlighting the correlation between the increase of certain atmospheric gases (greenhouse gases) and the atmosphere’s enhanced ability to absorb and retain infrared radiation emitted by Earth’s surface after being struck by incoming solar radiation. Studies in this field have shown that anthropogenic contributions to this increase add to those of natural origin, regardless of solar activity and its peaks and troughs. 

Q. Different techniques have been proposed to combat global warming, such as stratospheric aerosol injection and marine cloud brightening. Could you briefly explain what these entail? 

A. It’s not an external enemy to combat but rather an internal problem created by humanity. Stratospheric aerosol injection, more commonly known as SRM (Solar Radiation Management), is inspired by the effects observed in Earth’s atmosphere following the eruptions of Mount Pinatubo in 1991 and Krakatoa in 1883. These volcanoes released enormous amounts of sulfur dioxide, leading to atmospheric cooling on a planetary scale by shielding Earth from solar radiation. SRM aims to replicate this by dispersing sulfur compounds in the stratosphere to reflect a portion of solar radiation back into space, reducing the amount that reaches Earth. Recently, scientists from the University of Utah and Harvard’s Center for Astrophysics proposed implementing this by spreading lunar dust around Earth at Lagrange Point 1. However, science becomes perverse if it isn’t used wisely, with intellectual and sociological integrity. Marine cloud brightening involves aerosol spraying into low-lying marine clouds (stratocumulus clouds). More aerosols create more condensation nuclei, leading to smaller droplets and greater reflectivity of solar radiation, hence the term "marine cloud brightening." 

Q. How would chemical or biological agents be dispersed?   

A. This question requires clarification and context: In "Weather Engineering" (conducted in the troposphere), release occurs using planes specifically equipped for this purpose. In "Climate Engineering" (conducted in the stratosphere), spraying could involve specialized aircraft (due to the high altitudes between 70,000 and 140,000 feet) or balloons carrying sulfur tanks. In "Social and Sociological Atmospheric Engineering" (also in the troposphere), dispersal may occur through false contrails (condensation trails).   

Q. Are civilian or military aircraft used?   

A. Both. In some cases, even helicopters are employed for very specific tasks. 

Q. Why can't these be classified as typical condensation trails?   

A. There are two types of true condensation trails, which are by-products of flight activity: 1. Engine trails, formed at specific flight altitudes and routes, resembling cirriform clouds in meteorology. 2. False trails are formed artificially at different altitudes, with distinct characteristics alien to true condensation trails. 

Q. What are the effects of simultaneously influencing the ionosphere and atmosphere?   

A. It’s inaccurate to separate the two terms. The ionosphere is one of many atmospheric layers distinguished by physical, chemical, and electrical properties. Any action taken in the atmosphere will eventually affect the entire atmosphere, particularly the troposphere and stratosphere in the context discussed. The ionosphere, with its three sub-layers, plays a crucial role in telecommunications. In 1987, Texan physicist B. Eastlund patented technology that weaponized the ionosphere for military purposes, influencing underlying layers and altering Earth’s meteorology and climatology. 

Q. Does misinformation prevail on this topic?   

A. Absolutely, it does. The study, analysis, and modification of the IONOSPHERE are practiced by all nations (some arrived earlier, others later) using systems known as HAARP devices. There are numerous HAARP installations on the planet, both on land and at sea. The most well-known one among enthusiasts is managed by the University of Fairbanks in Alaska and DARPA, U.S.A. Misinformation dominates the objective reality of these matters for the same reasons it prevails over many other real topics: public gullibility, uncritical thinking, substantial lack of conscious awareness, and, quite severely, the predominance of CONFIRMATION BIAS among a significant portion of society. 

Q. Would Italy be the most dispersed country?   

A. The question, as formulated, seems imprecise. Dispersed in what sense? I would say all nations are dispersed based on their predefined goals and purposes, particularly concerning their membership in the ATLANTIC ALLIANCE. If you are referring to Social Geoengineering, I would say Italy is significantly dispersed. As for Climatic Geoengineering, though officially denied or downplayed, all nations (to varying degrees) practice it while maintaining "face" by publicly declaring it is conducted in restricted areas. In reality, all engage in Weather Geoengineering. 

Q. Since when have dispersions been occurring?   

A. Officially, since the 1960s; from a military perspective, much earlier than that. Studies and research by historians of science (particularly in the military domain) date back to the early 1930s. 

Q. Is there a political, military, and scientific network pursuing specific objectives?   

A. Of course, and not just for those convinced they are awake while still being in hibernation. On this topic, I propose an excerpt from General Eisenhower's farewell address to the Nation at the end of his term (January 17, 1961): "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must not let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together."   

Q. What are the biological consequences on humans, fauna, and flora?   

A. It suffices (for anyone) to review any medical handbook addressing physical and psychological issues caused by substances such as aluminum, barium, etc., and their effects on humans, flora, and fauna. 

Q. What evidence silences the conspiracy theory?   

A. A conspiracy arises when an individual or group initiates actions aimed at subverting (positively or negatively) a preexisting situation or establishing scenarios driven by markedly personal and pathological interests (e.g., Klaus Schwab). When this happens, evidence to silence the conspiracy does not exist—it is MANUFACTURED through propaganda, subliminal messaging, and similar methods, repeated endlessly until normalized. This sometimes involves strategies like: a lie repeated indefinitely becomes truth (for a mindless population); deny, deny, deny even blatant evidence (a golden rule in intelligence); endlessly labeling a truth as a "theory." There is no evidence that can silence what concretely occurs in the realm of Atmospheric Geoengineering; EVIDENCE IS FABRICATED, and there are always fools willing to participate in its construction. 

Q. Have there been parliamentary questions to verify the truth of these matters, and if so, what legislative measures have been taken? 

A. Numerous parliamentary questions have been raised, both in Italy and Europe. Institutional responses to these parliamentary inquiries, often with false answers, can undoubtedly be labeled as CONSPIRACTO. Everything is archived. 

Q. Is the European Commission addressing this issue?   

A. The European Commission? Does a European Commission even exist? Does a European Parliament exist? For what Europe? Lobby groups and remotely controlled puppets—this does exist. A genuine European Commission has yet to be born in earnest. 

Q. There is an ongoing petition promoted by the Geoengineering Moratorium Committee, particularly against "Cloud Seeding" and "Solar Radiation Management," a technique aimed at reducing solar radiation. What are the effects on the planet? 

A. Forget it. I know its origins and the actors involved. 

Q. Is it necessary to specify that cloud seeding has nothing to do with the emission of chemical trails? 

A. Yes, it is very important to make this distinction. On this topic, it is essential to dot the "i's" and all the vowels: 1) When an aircraft sprays the atmosphere, it may do so for cloud seeding or for entirely different purposes. 2) Such distinctions can only be attempted by those who are experts in these matters and possess intellectual honesty, relying on technical-scientific documentation and knowledge acquired through practical experience (unlike some who never step outside their four walls). 3) Faced with two instances of spraying, the expert will attempt to determine whether it is cloud seeding or unrelated spraying. MORAL: Differentiation is necessary, and one must know how to differentiate because the effects of each are vastly different. 

Q. Chemical trails, climate changes, floods, storms, hurricanes, droughts, earthquakes, tsunamis... Is there a correlation? 

A. Without a doubt, there could be a correlation. I REPEAT: the concept of "CHEMICAL SCIENCE" must be erased from our minds. I've been saying this for years, but it seems to bounce off a rubber wall. The correct term, which I coined long ago, is "ANTHROPIC ATMOSPHERIC SPRAYING," which may also be ARTIFICIAL. By continuing to use the term "chemical trails," the systemic disinformers’ game is being played. Regarding the correlation: it can exist if a given natural meteorological scenario is deliberately, consciously, and premeditatedly interfered with to achieve specific goals. It is possible to increase, prevent, or nullify liquid or solid precipitation, as well as alter the wind's direction and intensity, among other things. It is also feasible to create or enhance barometric systems that would not occur naturally. It is vital to remember the axiom that weather is modifiable and has become a silent, deadly weapon. Forget about the old seasonal proverbs—they no longer exist. 

Q. Are meteorology and climatology two opposing sciences? 

A. In summary: "Climatology" is "Meteorology" applied to a specific terrestrial region, viewed as a whole over a period of no less than 30 years, with additional factors such as astronomical, sub-geological, and human interferences stemming from technological/scientific progress. Think of them as twin siblings with slightly different temperaments. The correct syntax is "METEOROLOGY." 

Q. According to the Green Deal plan, the European Union aims to become the first continent to eliminate much of the CO2 from the atmosphere by 2050. Has an essential gas become the planet's primary enemy? Willie Soon, an astrophysicist and geoscientist, says: "CO2 is the gas of life... and they want to demonize it as a gas that causes global warming, hurricanes... more rain, more drought, and all the other nonsense they say." 

A. Carbon dioxide is one of life’s essences for everyone, but it is often misunderstood. Too much carbon dioxide, methane, water vapor, etc., whether naturally occurring or anthropogenic, allows Earth's atmosphere to retain excess infrared radiation from the Earth's surface after it has been affected by solar radiation. Hence, there is now a need to reduce the concentration of these greenhouse gases, but such measures should have been taken long ago. Carbon dioxide is not the enemy. If anything, humans are their own worst enemy with reckless actions. Q. Does climate alarmism serve Davos to accelerate the green transition and impose the Great Reset, establishing global governance in the name of emergencies while overriding national sovereignty? 

A. It’s more than obvious! Listen to what Klaus Schwab openly says in his book The Fourth Industrial Revolution, and pay attention to his public statements, as well as those of his Jewish advisor Yuval Harari. 

Q. Why don’t the media ever invite the many scientists who expose the CO2 “hoax” (0.04% of the atmosphere), creating the illusion of scientific "consensus" on the subject. 

A. In my view, there is no scientific hoax regarding carbon dioxide. Centuries of research by serious scientists prove this. The sacrifices, discoveries, and work of many scientists, past and recent, who have laid the foundation for scientific knowledge, cannot and should not be discarded. We live in an era where everything and its opposite is claimed based on personal interests. Concepts like "CO2 hoax" emerge for political and sociological agendas, enabling some individuals and corporations to dominate the masses. Science has been distorted and manipulated, becoming currency. The COVID pandemic and its so-called vaccines have further revealed this manipulation. Finding an uncorrupted, impartial media outlet is akin to finding a fine needle in a haystack. For those with dormant minds, the media represents the mouthpiece of truth.

Q. You wrote an extensive "Treatise on Atmospheric Geoengineering" (452 pages). Where can our readers find documents and interesting annexes generously made available by you for accurate information? 

A. On the website www.domenico-azzone-sciechimiche.net, which also provides various topics from a technical-scientific and sociological perspective, all free of charge. As mentioned in this interview, science is crucial, but the psycho-sociological aspect is even more fundamental. In conferences I attend, there is an evident sense of disorientation, frustration, fear, arrogance, and impotence among the audience, stemming from the fact that the collective is far from being a “people.” Each person only tends to their own garden, waiting for a savior to come from somewhere, while the power of money continues its relentless domination through the old golden rule: divide and conquer.
